This special designation, awarded by Mediacorp Canada, recognizes Canadian employers that offer the best workplaces and programs for young people who are just starting or building their careers.
Through the selection process, our studios’ shined in its early-career programs that help young professionals advance in their fields.
For instance, the Ubisoft Game Lab Competition guides Quebec students through building a playable video game prototype in just 10 weeks, and the NEXT challenge provides portfolio reviews and paid internship opportunities to Ontario students.
Ubisoft also offers leadership programs and regular mentorship opportunities with senior talent.
